Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls (Be responsible for the call at your desk within 2 rings)
- Answer chats
- Answer email tickets
- Finish calls, chats, and tickets in a timely manner
- Study any available materials to improve knowledge and troubleshooting skills involving our tools, policies, or procedures
Requirements
- Ability to make informed decisions on customer issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers
- Must be able to type 60 WPM or more
- Basic writing skills in order to relay clear answers via email or chat
- Must have great time management and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to recognize when to escalate calls and determine when a problem isn't a Bluehost issue
- Working knowledge of our hosting service, our internal billing tools, service and feature costs or credits, and billing policies and procedures
