Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and email from existing clients to help renew accounts & retain their business
- Perform outgoing calls to existing clients to aid them in renewing
- Sell Bluehost's feature set to existing clients, including up-selling longer terms and other products
- Perform excellent customer service (including basic technical support) to aid in retention efforts
- Meet and track performance standards, both in terms of workload and effective retention ability
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously through a Linux, browser-based interface
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in verbal (phone) and chat style interactions
- Be able to effectively and accurately communicate company policy to customers
- Be able to confidently advocate the value of Bluehost products and services in a compelling and helpful manner
- Be able to type at least 40 WPM
- Possess or be able to develop a firm understanding and grasp of web hosting technology, especially as it relates to Bluehost
- Be motivated and driven to reach individual and team goals
- One year of sales experience (preferred)
- Be available and willing to work Saturday and afternoon/evening hours
