This month\u2019s topic of conversation was eCommerce and participants had the opportunity to share tips and resources about running a successful online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had a wide range of over 50 participants including several popular brands like FundBox, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/qualpay\">QualPay<\/a>, a representative from <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Zendesk\">ZenDesk<\/a> and more. We also had small business participants including Rieva Lesonsky from Small Biz Daily, Matt Thomas of Insider Secrets, and SCORE Mentors who all joined and shared their tips and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;A good customer experience requires a follow-up. Ask the customer to rate the product\/service, email them a list of new or popular products, or give them a free shipping coupon. Ultimately, your goal is to get the customer back on your website.&#8221;- <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/kennethspeaks\">@KennethSpeaks<\/a>                                        <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio  is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper video-seo-youtube-embed-wrapper\"><div class=\"video-seo-youtube-player\" data-id=\"dm6HVjs5_4Q\"><\/div><\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Whether B2C or B2B, one way to boost sales volume is to offer fast payments and financing. With so much data in the cloud + APIs and ways to access it,<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/fintech?src=hashtag_click\"> #fintech<\/a> firms are now able to offer access to credit at the point of sale making it easier to click BUY.-<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/fundbox\"> @Fundbox<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Create valuable content &#8211; whether that&#8217;s via a blog, twitter tips, video content (YouTube\/Vimeo), relevant FaceBook groups, Quora, etc. Put yourself out there and become known as an expert or knowledgeable in your field.
