Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls (Be responsible for the call at your desk within 2 rings)
  • Answer chats
  • Answer email tickets
  • Finish calls, chats, and tickets in a timely manner
  • Study any available materials to improve knowledge and troubleshooting skills involving our tools, policies, or procedures

Requirements

  • Ability to make informed decisions on customer issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers
  • Must be able to type 60 WPM or more
  • Basic writing skills in order to relay clear answers via email or chat
  • Must have great time management and trouble shooting skills
  • Ability to recognize when to escalate calls and determine when a problem isn't a Bluehost issue
  • Working knowledge of our hosting service, our internal billing tools, service and feature costs or credits, and billing policies and procedures
