Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound Sales calls and chats

  • Must love to sell
  • Over the phone sales experience preferred (2 years sales experience)
  • Ability to understand a client's needs and present best options
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and new duties
  • Diligence in follow up and excellent organizational skills a MUST!
  • Knowledge of web hosting (domains, email, FTP, etc)
  • Internet and computer skills to include but not limited to:
    • General knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
    • General knowledge of the Internet: surfing and how to search terms using search engines such as Google
    • Knowledge and ability to use Internet Browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox
    • Operating Systems
    • Email clients
    • MS Office Applications (or open source equivalent): Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
    • Web forums, blogs or bulletin boards

We expect a sales representative that is full time work 40 hours a week and part time to work no less than 20 hours a week. Answer calls in 30 seconds, chats in 20 seconds and answer tickets in under 30 minutes. A minimum of 2 year sales experience is required.

You will take inbound sales calls, chats and answer tickets in a timely manner. Always offer a call back and/or email to keep in touch when unable to close the sale. Every call, we expect that you assess the potential client's needs by asking questions to determine the best fit for them.
