The following alerts are provided to keep you informed of server outages.
If you have multiple accounts, you may enter each one using this form, and status messages will appear for each account you've listed in the sections below. You may also remove them from this list using the link provided next to each server.

General Systems Alerts
- (Updated: 2014-04-17 17:58:50)On April 16 we experienced a network connectivity issue that affected a portion of our customers. We have since traced the interruption back to a complex (and previously undocumented) firmware bug in one of our vendor's hardware solutions, specifically our routers. We worked with the vendor to create and deploy a custom firmware update to fix it. There are still some residual performance inconsistencies as this update continues to propagate but most customers are back up and running. A small subset of VPS and Dedicated customers are still seeing connection issues, but these are cases where the server's IP has required direct attention to fully restore properly. Our engineers are aggressively working through these cases. Future updates will be provided here and @BluehostSupport on Twitter.
