Builder - How to Add HTML

HTML (which stands for Hypertext Markup Language) is a standard markup language designed for displaying content in a web browser. Also, it can be used for free to add custom or stylized elements to a website. It is the only custom coding that can be added to your Bluehost Builder website.

Adding HTML Code

To begin, you will need to access the Bluehost Builder Editor.

  1. Click the Settings (gear) icon towards the left side of your screen.
  2. From the side navigation menu, click the HTML injection tab.

  3. Add your custom <style>, <script>, and other header attributes to the <head> element.
    Important Note: Please be aware that you are about to edit advanced code. Invalid code may get kicked back with an error.
  4. Click the Apply button when finished.

Be sure to test your website once you have published changes to ensure your code is working properly!
