ecomdash - How to Set Up ecomdash
ecomdash is an eCommerce management platform that helps online sellers automate their daily operations. This article will guide you on how to set up ecomdash in your account.
Add ecomdash
ecomdash is free to use for the first 15 days and can be easily added from the Marketplace. Once logged into your account:
- Open the Marketplace tab from the left side navigation menu.
- Choose Add-ons from the sub-menu.
- Locate and click on the ecomdash tile.
- Click on the Start free trial button.
- Click the Authorize store connection button to connect your store to ecomdash.
- Next, add your business details, create a password, and click the Get Started Now button.
- Enter your business address, choose the features you would like to include, set your experience level, then click the Next Step button.
This will take you to a menu that allows you to customize your experience.
Set Up ecomdash
Once added, you have 3 options to get started:
- You can take the DIY path and start adding your sales channels now.
- If you're short on time and interested in any of our onboarding packages, please select the option below.
- If you still have questions, you can schedule a phone call with one of our expert product team members at your convenience.
Do it Yourself
- If you choose to complete the setup on your own, your first step will be to integrate your sales channel. Click the Add a sales channel button.
- Select the channel you are using for your online store.
- Add any seller identification requested. This will vary depending on the channel you would like to integrate.
- Save changes, then click the Next Step button to finish the integration process.
- Next, you will be able to download your listings. Select the sales channel from which you would like to download your listings, and then click the Download My Listings button.
- Your products will now be imported. Click the Get Started button to enter your ecomdash dashboard:
