VPS & Dedicated Hosting: Changing OS
If you would like to request an operating system (OS) reload, please reach out to us via phone or chat. Our server administrators can only follow the request if there is written documentation from the requester. Thus, replying to a ticket with confirmation is a must.
You can specify your preferred control panel and OS you'd like to be installed as part of the OS Reload Process.
Note: A fee will be quoted before proceeding with an OS Reload.
It is highly recommended that when doing an OS reload, you choose this option carefully and make a backup of everything you wish to keep as it currently is, because it will remove all your files, settings, configurations, and any prior changes will need to be set up again.
