WordPress - Theme Seller Support

There are two main benefits to buying a theme support subscription; Seller Support and Auto Installation.
 

Seller Support

When you purchase a theme subscription you get access to Seller Support, the Theme Seller’s support forum. From there you can contact the theme developer for help with:

  • The features and functionality included with the theme
  • How the theme is designed
  • How to get the most functionality out of the theme
  • Third-party assets or plugins that may be included with the theme

Auto Installation

We will help you install your theme to as many of your Bluehost sites as you need. Without a support subscription, you can still install your theme manually—it just takes a little more time.
Where to find our auto-installer:

  1. Navigate to My Sites in the side navigation menu to the left.
  2. Hover over the site, and click the Manage Site button.
  3. In the first box on the left, click the Manage button under Themes.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Purchased Premium Themes section.
  5. Click the Install Theme button.

 

How to contact a theme seller for support

You have access to Seller Support (a theme seller support forum) as part of your theme subscription. Here, you can ask the seller about:

  • The features and functionality of the theme
  • How the theme is designed
  • How to get the most functionality out of the theme
  • Third-party assets included with the theme, such as plugins, that may be bundled with the theme
There are 2 ways to get to theme seller support:

Through My Sites and Themes

  1. From your homepage, click on My Sites in the side navigation menu to the left.
  2. Select the site you want help with.
  3. In the first box on the left, click on the Manage button under Themes.
  4. Under the Purchased Premium Themes section, click the ellipses icon to the far left of the theme card, then click Seller Support.

Through the Themes product page

  1. From your homepage, click on Marketplace in the side navigation menu to the left.
  2. In the left-side navigation within the Marketplace tab, click on the Website Themes link.
    Alternatively, you can scroll down to the boxes under Make Your Next Move and click on the Shop Themes button in the Website Themes box.
  3. Find the theme you need support for, and click on it.
  4. Click on the Support tab, then find the button that takes you to the seller support forum.

 

Response times

You can expect to hear back from our Marketplace theme authors within 24-48 hours. If you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, please email support@bluehostmarketplace.zendesk.com.
