To manage orders, you will need to first get your shipping set up. This article will provide a checklist you can use to guide you through setting up and integrating a warehouse for shipping.

Setting up a Warehouse

  1. Click the 'Settings' (gear) icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Choose Warehouse from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click View under the Warehouse option you would like to configure.
  3. Enter your warehouse details, and Save changes.

Integration Type will be set here. Once changes have been saved, you will be able to view and further configure your Warehouse Integration.

Warehouse Integration

  1. Click the View button under Warehouse Integration.
  2. Select Include Order Files, Include Packing Slips, or both depending on your supplier's preferences.
  3. Choose the Integration Interval and Integration Type.
  4. Enter any corresponding drop shipping information, and Save changes.

Create an Import/Export Format

  1. Click the 'Settings' (gear) icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Choose Bulk Import/Export from the drop-down that appears. 
  2. This will take you to a page where you can choose between Manual Import FormatsIntegrated Import FormatsManual Export Formats, and Integrated Export Formats.
  3. Click the View button underneath the format you wish to create.
  4. Click the Add New button to create a new format.
  5. Configure your format, then click the Verify Format Matches File button.
  6. Once you have verified that everything matches, click the Save button.
