When importing or exporting, ecomdash will use a set of instructions (Inventory Import/Export Formats) to import and export products in bulk. These formats can be customized to meet your specific requirements. They must be set up before you can bulk import or export inventory.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Bulk Import/Export from the dropdown.
- Choose the desired format type:
- Manual Import Formats
- Integrated Import Formats
- Manual Export Formats
- Integrated Export Formats
- Click View under the format you want to create.
- Click Add New to create a new format.
- Configure the format and click Verify Format Matches File.
- Once verified, click Save.
After setup, you can Import or Export using .csv files based on these formats.
