How to Display or Sign out from My Active Clients in Cloud Mail
Keeping Your Account Secure: Manage Your Active Cloud Mail Sessions
Signing into your Cloud Mail account from various clients on different devices is a convenient feature. However, there are instances where you may need to manage your active sessions, either to check where you're logged in or to log out from a specific device. This guide shows you how to view and manage your active Cloud Mail sessions.
Note:

The steps below will help you know how to display all active clients in Cloud Mail.
- Open your internet browser.
- In the address bar, enter https://webmail.oxcs.bluehost.com/.
- Log in to your email.
- Enter your email address.
- Input your password associated with the email address you want to log in to.
- Click the Sign in button.
Tip: Enable the Stay signed in option by ticking the box to ensure your session remains active, preventing automatic logouts and the need to log in repeatedly.
- Launch the Settings pop-up.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon.
- Choose the All Settings... drop-down option.
- In the Settings popup, follow the steps below to see which devices your email account is currently signed in:
- Click the Security (with a shield icon) tab in the left pane.
- Lastly, under the Security & Privacy section, click Your devices or the > icon to show all devices you are currently signed in to.
Note:
- There might be multiple sessions from the same device.
- If a device is unfamiliar to you, or you cannot explain where a session comes from, it is STRONGLY recommended to terminate that session.
After you have displayed all your active clients on your Cloud Mail, follow the steps below when terminating a single session:
- Find the specific session you want to terminate in the Your devices section below Security & Privacy.
- Click the Sign out link, and the Sign out from device prompt will appear.
- Lastly, click the Sign out button.
After you have displayed all your active clients on your Cloud Mail, follow the steps below when terminating all sessions except the active one:
- In the Your devices section below Security & Privacy, click the Sign out from all devices button.
- Lastly, click the Sign out button.
