I transferred my 3 domains from GoDaddy after much frustration with their email system and Microsoft, I switched to BlueHost, and frankly got frustrated in the transfer and got many answers to email questions I gave up, but after some time I reached a service rep named Don, he took his time and we got fixed in one call, happy camper !!

Each time I contacted a pro to add or correct items to my new website, I encountered people eager to offer help (and even seemed interested in my art work). My website is intended to be an artist's archive and source for research and study of nearly 45 years of my work. It was a difficult task transferring numerous images from my old website, as well as adding new data. The Bluehost Pros were a pleasure to work with - patient and expert at solving problems. I worked with numerous Pros, and was impressed with how they maintained notes on my website - making new Pros aware of my progress and the special needs of my website. They also made this a learning process for me, which was greatly appreciated.

Bluehost is an absolutely excellent place to host your first website. I will admit their pricing has gotten a bit more expensive than I had liked lately so I had to cancel my services, but their support was extremely helpful and understanding in processing the refund and cancellation. I highly recommend bluehost for anyone who wants to start their first website! Their intro pricing is excellent.
