once the AI got me to a live agent, the issue was quickly resolved.. the AI gives references, but when those actions don't quite work out an agent is the best and quickest wat to resolve.. the agents I have dealt with have been able to help with the issues...

I am very happy with the experience at blue host as I had to a few things done domain name renewal, change payment card, successfully paid for renewal. Plus needed domain name transfer requiring auth code AI could not help but AI put to an agent in less 30 seconds, agent fixed issues ASAP
I joined Bluehost for my business. Purchasing programs and signing up for this and that was easy. I must admit that I occasionally found the program somewhat difficult to navigate. Some feathers were not as intuitive as I expected, and I became a bit lost at times. I believe some of the features could be improved or simplified to create a more user-friendly experience. Even routine tasks, such as accessing my email, were occasionally frustrating and more complicated than expected. So why do I give a 5-Star rating?
