Overview

The refund policy below applies to all hosting services:

Date Canceled Policy
Within 30 Days Between 3-30 days, you may request a refund on all hosting services for new signups only. Refunds for domain registration fees are not available.
After 30 Days Renewals are not refundable and are not qualified for a prorated refund. Renewals are only refundable within the 15-day prebill window.

Note: Domain registration and renewals are third-party purchases we make on our customers' behalf. Once a domain has been registered or renewed, it is non-refundable.
