place. Password must include at least one upper case, one lower case, and one numeric character.

Choose a password security question

For security purposes, you need to select a challenge question and answer. This question
will be used when you attempt to retrieve your passwordonline or when a Customer
Service representative must confirm your identity to retrieve a forgotten password.
