I have positive experience today with the specialist and tech support. I need to rebuild my site but do not want to edit my live site. The specialist checked my storage and said I don't need to buy more space because I have plenty left. I later spoke with tech support and was given good advice to use my staging site as the temporary space to work on my new site while leaving the live site untouched.
