*The MyTime Support Web Support package provides the Customer
with the first billing cycle of the MyTime Support Services at
no cost. After the first billing cycle, the recurring fee for
the Services shall automatically be billed to the Customer's
credit card on file in advance each month at the then-current
rate. The rate for the MyTime Support services is currently
$15.00 per month (currently billed every 4 weeks) and includes
a 1-on-1 appointment for up to 60 minutes of support during
that month. Customers can purchase additional time in 30-minute
increments starting at $49. Pricing is subject to change at the
sole discretion of Register.com.
**The MyTime Support
Web + Whole Office Support package provides the Customer with a
1-on-1 appointment for up to 60 minutes of web support and
unlimited use of Whole Office support during that month. After
the first billing cycle, the recurring fee for the Services
shall automatically be billed to the Customer's credit card on
file in advance each month at the then-current rate. The rate
for the MyTime Support Web + Whole Office Support package is
$19.00 per month (currently billed every 4 weeks). Customers
can purchase additional time in 30-minute increments starting
at $49.
Pricing is subject to change at the sole
discretion of Register.com. Customers may cancel either package
prior to the end of the promotional period or at any time
thereafter by contacting Register.com Customer Service at
1-888-401-4678. Customers on a monthly billing cycle are billed
every 4 weeks.
