Technical Support from JET Was Outstanding
This is the first time in more than 10 years with Bluehost where I had a serious issue. I was NOT allowed to log into the back end on one of my 3 websites. In addition, the people who visit them, could not gain access to the site. We were all met with a DATABASE ERROR message, which I never saw before in over 10 years with rock solid, Bluehost. I was transferred to JET in VPS Technical Support and he was outstanding. Jet was patient, he listened to my concerns, he analyzed the problem, and then told me he was confident he could resolve the issue. Sure enough, in less than 7-8 minutes, Jet resolved this serious problem. Then I told him about a 2nd frustrating problem I was having with WHM access to the design area of my website. My issue with Bluehost was resolved relatively quickly today (1/2 hr. phone time with rep, followed by about 8 hours for website to sync.) Overall, the support team has always been helpful with any of my website hosting or domain issues, but occasionally I've experienced long wait times in the past.

We’ve used Bluehost as part of the infrastructure behind Rogue Media Solutions, and at this point we’ve put it through a lot more than a basic small-business website. We manage multiple WordPress sites, client projects, DNS, SSL, staging, migrations, email-related configurations, and a growing number of local businesses through our hosting environment. Overall, Bluehost has given us a solid foundation to build on. What I appreciate most is that we’ve been able to grow without immediately having to rebuild our entire hosting stack. When something does come up, support has generally helped us get pointed in the right direction, and the platform gives us enough control to actually manage our clients properly rather than treating every website like a basic DIY site. No hosting company is perfect. There are occasional delays with DNS, SSL provisioning, caching, or changes propagating, and sometimes you have to know enough to diagnose what you’re actually looking at before contacting support. But that’s infrastructure. What matters to me is whether the system is dependable once configured correctly, and ours has been. For a small agency like Rogue Media Solutions, Bluehost has allowed us to spend more time building websites and helping local businesses instead of constantly fighting the server they live on. This review is overdue, sorry about that. Years ago I was the webmaster for a Messianic Rabbi in Chicago. I took his notes and mp3 audio files, after sermons and bible studies, that he sent me by email and put them on a WordPress website. The site grew over the years and the host organization that gave us hosting for free, for years, was loosing it's network administrator. We needed to find another host. I did a Google search on sites that host WordPress websites and Bluehost came up. Trustpilot had good ratings and I talked to sales and told them the specifics and the price quoted was reasonable. Their technical support team was awesome. They transferred the website and all the content from the old host to their site after I provided ftp login credentials. Everything went smoothly thanks to their help. The website is still functioning well and I haven't had any problems to date in all these years. I'm in the process of becoming an affiliate for Bluehost because of my great experience with y'all.
