How to Set Up Bluehost Professional Email in Outlook

Set Up Bluehost Professional Email in Outlook

Get Started with Professional Email in Outlook

Follow the instructions for setting up your Bluehost Professional Email in Outlook based on your device type:

For Desktop (Windows)

  1. Launch Outlook and go to the File tab.
  2. Select the Add Account option in the Account Information section.
  3. Enter your full Professional Email address and click Continue.
  4. Choose IMAP as the account type.
  5. Enter your Professional Email password and click Next.
  6. Check Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).

  6. Tap Sign In, then follow the on-screen prompts to finish the setup.

For Android Devices

  1. Open the Outlook app on your Android device.
  2. Enter your Professional Email address and tap Continue.
  3. Choose IMAP as the account type.
  4. Enter the incoming and outgoing server details.
    • Email address: Your Professional Email address
    • Password: Your Professional Email Mail password
    • Display Name: The name you want displayed when sending emails (optional)
    • Description: A brief description of the account (optional)
  5. Enable Advanced settings.
  6. Under Advanced settings, enter the server information.

    Important: Double-check for typos and ensure no extra spaces before or after the information you enter.

  7. Once everything is completed correctly, tap the checkmark icon in the top right corner.
  8. You'll be asked if you want to Add another account or Skip using the Maybe Later option. Choose Skip to finalize the setup.

For macOS

  1. Open Outlook and select Tools > Accounts.
  2. Click the plus (+) sign to add a new account, type your email address, and click Continue.
  3. Fill out the IMAP and SMTP server details and enable SSL.
  4. Click Add Account, then Done to complete the setup.
