He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and as a non tech person, I really appreciated the time he spent explaining the issue of malware, and how to resolve it. Today I experienced a very nice lady on the phone that mentioned that I had 2 business accounts. It turns out that I was paying for two accounts when I only need 1 account. We got that sorted out. I was just about to give up and get all my money back and have nothing to do with bluehost. I am getting a reimbursement for my 1 account. So I am saving a little more money.
