I was a Hostmaster customer for over 15 years, and blue host purchased this company a number of years back. When it came time for my subscription renewal, I noticed that the price had gone up significantly. After calling customer service, I was able to negotiate a much lower rate, and was able to extend my subscription even further for a much lower rate. The customer service team were excellent, constantly kept me in the loop in terms of what they were able to do, and they made me a very happy customer. I've always had very good experiences with their tech-support team, and my average wait time has been extremely low. Would definitely recommend this hosting company to anyone

The individual who helped me was endlessly patient with me. He asked important questions and waited for me to navigate my Bluehost site. He was incredible in figuring out the root of the problem that I was having, which ended up having nothing to do with Bluehost. Instead it was being caused by another app that I was running. He was incredible. He figured out and solved all the problems that I was having.
