On August 12, 2026, I had database error messages which prevented me from logging into my website. I called Bluehost Tech Support and spoke with PRINCESS, from the Philippines. PRINCESS was outstanding! She patiently listened to my concerns, she immediately understood the nature of the problem, and she explained what she was going to do. Within several minutes, PRINCESS fixed the Corrupt Database issue, and I was able to log into my site on the backend. In addition to being very competent, Princess was very friendly and helpful.
