Some feathers were not as intuitive as I expected, and I became a bit lost at times. I believe some of the features could be improved or simplified to create a more user-friendly experience. Most of all I love that they have a phone number and they answer your calls still. So many companies now don’t even have a phone number at all and all you have is a chat with a robot and or email. Always helpful.
Very fast to connect to a real person and no question was a dumb question. I felt that the person read, understood and then acted on helping me to resolve the issues. I just had to sit there and wait for them to actually make the changes required. It was an awesome piece of customer service, far better than I have ever received from my last hosting partner.
