I forgot I left autopay on, and I requested cancelation and a refund. After a few “Are you sure you want to?” type of questions, they gave me the refund. I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t have to fight for it. A lot of hosting services are relatively reliable, but treating customers well when they’re leaving backs up Bluehost’s reputation as a top tier hosting company. I do recommend them, and I will recommend them to friends if the opportunity arises.

It took two conversations because tech support needed to run a malware scan. But once that came back empty, the second agent figured the issue out in a few minutes and restored my admin access to both my sites. Competent, professional, and efficient service.

The first support technician, Garron, couldn't solve my problem and wasn't helpful at all. But when Anagha started providing support, everything went smoothly because she was genuinely eager to find a solution, and she was also very kind and friendly.
I left a review for Lem after the call ended. Lem was very helpful. I wanted to leave a voice comment like I wanted to yesterday but your system cut me off and hung up on me before I finished. It only gave me about 5 seconds and then terminated the call. What I wanted to say was that when I called in, Lem thought it was my first call and he wanted to send me the welcome letter and go over all the requirements. I did all that with Lee yesterday 08/27/26. I just thought I would mention that. He ultimately found that was the case. But, it took precious time from my session.
Needed a refund on a hosting account that was set up for a developer to use to build out a site for me. He didn’t fulfil his obligation so the hosting was not needed and I thought I had already cancelled it. I have now. The auto renew should be accessible on line without going through the company to get them to turn it off is the only thing I would criticise as this whole action could have need avoided. Well done for sorting it out in one interaction. If I ever need hosting I will come back to you.
I just discovered Bluehost's new All-in-Once package in which I can have one monthly subscription and get access to the 4 main LLMs - Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. One subscription for the same price as separate subscriptions to each of the 4. How brilliant is that!!! So I went to the Chat and spoke to a human who answered so many questions I had about the service. All so easy and helpful.
