I have positive experience today with…
I have positive experience today with the specialist and tech support. I need to rebuild my site but do not want to edit my live site. The specialist checked my storage and said I don't need to buy more space because I have plenty left. I later spoke with tech support and was given good advice to use my staging site as the temporary space to work on my new site while leaving the live site untouched. The staging site gave me an error while trying to "edit site". Tech support rep went ahead and fix it and I'm able to go in and build my new site. They were courteous on the phone and the conversation was pleasant.

I am a long time Bluehost customer around 10 years. The two primary reasons I stay with Bluehost are 1. Rock Solid Performance of my 3 websites 2. Outstanding Customer Service. I only stay with companies which treat their customers properly. On 09-18-26, I was having some system design issues on all 3 of my websites with SQL Server problems and outdated Php files, so I called Bluehost Tech Support. At first, I was connected to Sheila, from the Philippines, who was very nice. However, she was required to transfer me to VPS support, where I spoke with Michael. Michael was outstanding. He was very patient, he listened to all of my concerns, and he immediately recognized the problems I was having on all three websites. Michael patiently showed me how to upgrade both my Php and SQL Server programs. Once he explained the process and showed me to do it, the resolution to my problems was relatively easy. I want to thank Michael for being so patient, friendly, helpful, and resolving my issues in just one phone call.
