I've lost count of the number of times I've contacted the Bluehost support team with a problem that ended up being a plugin issue. Even though plugins are not actually their responsibility to fix.... they've always gone above and beyond to help me whenever they could.🙂 I have never had a bad experience with them.

The capacity of Ashlesh to remain calm and solve the issue, always very gentle. I had already a couple of times the issue of the Sent email appearing as successfully sent, but eventually i found out from angry clients and friends that they did not receive the message. The damage was done, no way to recover. Try to make this Not happenable again.
