I've been a customer of Bluehost for over 20 years, going right back to when they were primarily a website hosting company, and I think that says a great deal about the confidence I've had in their service over the years. I have two websites hosted with them, and throughout all these years I've always found their service to be reliable and their customer support excellent. I'm certainly no technical expert, so when something unexpected happens with my websites, it can be rather worrying! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Prakyath from their support team after receiving a couple of concerning emails about my website backups. He was absolutely lovely – polite, patient, reassuring and very understanding of someone who isn't particularly technically minded. He took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, which I really appreciated. My only little criticism would be the AI support assistant, which I found rather frustrating when I tried to get help the previous day.
