Follow up to problem canceling services. I spoke with Michael L., and he helped,me navigate through the changes that I needed to have completed. If I may offer one puce if advice, it would be to e sure that the customer service reps be well-spoken in the English language.
The capacity of Ashlesh to remain calm and solve the issue, always very gentle. I had already a couple of times the issue of the Sent email appearing as successfully sent, but eventually i found out from angry clients and friends that they did not receive the message. The damage was done, no way to recover. Try to make this Not happenable again.

Finally after numerous tries of trying to correct my email and contact forwarding the agent presented my problem to the higher technicians. Hopefully they will resolve it soon. I thank the agent for giving it his best effort!
