- If you cancel within 30 days and your plan includes a free domain, there will be a fee to retain that domain. Bluehost will deduct a non-refundable domain fee from your refund, at the regular cost of your domain.

One free domain is included for one year with the purchase of a web hosting plan of 12 or 36 month terms. This free domain must be redeemed within 90 days from date of purchase. Agent: Karthikeya (was the best and only successful agent out of 4 agents I talked to with the same issue; this agent was able to fix it in 1 interaction). To recap, I reported that the Korean pages were returning 404 errors. After reviewing the WordPress installation, permalink structure, page hierarchy, rewrite rules, and server responses, the agent confirmed that the affected pages exist, are published, and load successfully with HTTP 200 responses. No hosting-side issue was identified, and the URLs are currently resolving correctly from the server side.
