The support and sales people are usually pretty helpful, however it should be noted that when hosting service came up for renewal, I was unpleasantly surprised by extra excess charges. Specifically, the email service previously included in my hosting package had been carved out for separate additional charge without prior notification. Honestly, the hosting cost from Bluehost is getting pretty pricy for a shared server with basic hosting elements. What really kicks up the price is the Wordpress choice - so be sure you shop carefully for hidden costs when considering a budget hosting service like Bluehost.
