Initially the AI chat agent was unable to resolve my account questions. I was transferred to a live chat agent. That agent was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. When there seemed to be an unresolvable problem, the agent was able to come up with suggested alternatives. My questions were satisfactorily resolved.

I wish she was the only person I could talk to as she is a brilliant problem solver and is direct polite professional kind and no fluff and honest. Called because my hosting cost was about to double. The representative quickly figured out that the storage issue was due to old unnecessary backups and we were able to delete them. That allowed me to continue with the same plan and the rep also used a coupon code to bring down the cost of the plan. Excellent service, and rep was very helpful and kind!

I was unable to log into my BlueHost account - I'm not sure why. I could not get a solution using the chat function but when I called the customer service number I worked through the AI assistant and got switched to a live person. The live person did a great job of getting my access back in operation. The BlueHost service itself is working very well. - Great staff.
