Your satisfaction is our top priority and we're confident you'll be pleased with our services. Still, if you try us and decide your account does not sufficiently meet your needs, you can cancel within 30 days for a refund as follows:

• If you cancel within 30 days you'll receive a full refund on Hosting and/or Solutions attached to your account. The money-back guarantee does not apply to most add-on products, such as domains, given the unique nature of their costs.
• If you cancel within 30 days and your plan includes a free domain, there will be a fee to retain that domain. Bluehost will deduct a non-refundable domain fee from your refund, at the regular cost of your domain.
• Bluehost does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 30 days.

Free Domain Policy

One free domain is included for one year with the purchase of a web hosting plan of 12 or 36 month terms. This free domain must be redeemed within 90 days from date of purchase. Free domain is only applicable on either a domain transfer into Bluehost or a new domain purchase of one the following TLD’s: .BIZ, .INFO, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .UK, .CO.UK, .US, .EU, .DE, .NL, .CO, .SPACE, .WEBSITE, .BLOG, .ONLINE, .SITE, .STORE, .TECH. Premium domain names excluded from this offer.

After the first year, the domain will automatically renew at the then current rate (located in your renewal center) until cancelled, you can cancel at any time. However, please note that newly registered domains cannot be transferred to another registrar during your first sixty days of a registration period. Any domains cancelled within the 1st year of service will be assessed a non-refundable domain fee based on the standard cost for the domain, plus any other applicable fees.
