I’ve been a Bluehost Customer for almost 10 years for two reasons. The performance of my multiple websites has been rock solid and their customer service is excellent. I refuse to do business with a company that does not provide excellent care and service to their customers. This review is about Jeelan from Phoenix, who was outstanding on August 9, 2026. However, before getting to Jeelan, let me say something changed with the Bluehost billing department. They recently billed me $150 for a service I NEVER ORDERED! It took over 6 weeks to resolve that billing dispute. That error should have been resolved in less than 24 hours. Back to Jeelan. I was experiencing a very serious issue with one of my websites, which was MY FAULT, not the fault of Bluehost. I was so thankful that I was connected to Jeelan from Pheonix. She was extremely patient, friendly, and she immediately understood the nature of the problem. Jeelan came up with a solution for the problem in less than two minutes. She also gave me a couple of nice tips to make my website look and perform slightly better. Thank you Jeelan for being so friendly, helpful, and solving my problem.

The support team member Rushti helped me today. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and as a non tech person, I really appreciated the time he spent explaining the issue of malware, and how to resolve it. While doing the post conversation phone survey I accidentally fumbled the key pad and pressed #1. I hope this review rectifies that since it should have been 5 stars accross the board!

Today I experienced a very nice lady on the phone that mentioned that I had 2 business accounts. It turns out that I was paying for two accounts when I only need 1 account. We got that sorted out. I was just about to give up and get all my money back and have nothing to do with bluehost. I am getting a reimbursement for my 1 account. So I am saving a little more money.
