AI was unable to handle my questions. After several minutes of working with it, I asked to be connected to a person. After that, all was well. A somewhat subtle issue had cropped up that was compromising access to my website. The representative had to do extensive trouble shooting and finally found the source of the problem. As always, the in-person tech support with Bluehost was excellent.

My service rep was terrific and very efficient. Answers were clear and quick. If I could change two things I'd slow the process slightly because it got a little hectic at the end and a little confusing between what we could do in Chat vs what needed documented in email.
