I have positive experience today with the specialist and tech support. I need to rebuild my site but do not want to edit my live site. The specialist checked my storage and said I don't need to buy more space because I have plenty left. I later spoke with tech support and was given good advice to use my staging site as the temporary space to work on my new site while leaving the live site untouched. The staging site gave me an error while trying to "edit site". Tech support rep went ahead and fix it and I'm able to go in and build my new site. They were courteous on the phone and the conversation was pleasant.

the rep stuck with me and didn't try to pon me off. i've been having an issue for 2 days. i got the same answer over and over again. deferred. but this rep listened. even tho he/she initially thought the solution was the same as saturday, when i explained it, he/she looked into further, came up with a reasonable response and ended up helping me with what i originally wanted. i wanted a new website without malware. she/he set it up. and now we want for propogation
