I have had one issue after another in getting this domain and website going. It took four support calls but I finally was connected to Andy. He was terrific. Very helpful and his communication skills were excellent. The call was almost 1 hour with multiple times of being put on hold but he updated me every few minutes. I felt that I was in very capable hands.
Finally, a representative who was intelligent & iincredibly helpful. she listened to my issue and understood us gave me an excellent solution.

Shodhan was the best! I was having a pretty serious issue and Shodhan was able to solve my problem and get my site back up and running and my ssl's updated! He was very responsive and considering everything he fixed was very quick. I wish I could just talk to Shodhan any time i have an issue!

Excellent customer service! I was purchasing a domain as a new customer on the website and had trouble processing, possibly due to me using the wrong browser, so I called support.
