I have been with Hostmonster for years before they changed to Bluehost. I misplaced my C-Panel details, and I wanted it so badly. Initially, it was AI, but I had issues with the AI Assistant understanding my needs. I insisted on speaking with a human. I was transferred to a gentleman called Neil. He was so patient. It took over 90mins to resolve, but at the end, I achieved the result.

I have had one issue after another in getting this domain and website going. It took four support calls but I finally was connected to Andy. He was terrific. Very helpful and his communication skills were excellent. The call was almost 1 hour with multiple times of being put on hold but he updated me every few minutes. I felt that I was in very capable hands.
