I migrated my site to Bluehost with the assistance of the migration team. The migration went smoothly once I was able to give the information needed. When I bumbled at the beginning of the migration, Bluehost's migration team provided the means and the instruction to help me through it. Called for help...was sick and missed my payment (deadline June29). Russell was corteous and extremely helpful and solved this in less than ten minutes! Yesterday, using Chat, I spent over an hour and a half trying to get what seemed to be an "easy fix", but the person (she said she wasn't AI) went over and over questions and couldn't get anything straight.
