I'm pretty good on the design end, but lousy at the technical part. I love that Bluehost has live agents to chat with online (my choice as I'm hearing impaired) when I run into technical problems. They are always helpful, and patient with me and explain things well enough for my 65-year-old brain to understand, and I usually learn something new!

As someone with no experience creating websites, when I discovered that Bluehost offers personalized support for only $165 a month I was over the moon! This has been the best experience - far better than I could have imagined. The 3 people I've worked with so far have been unfailingly patient, thoroughly knowledgeable, and delightfully congenial. Coupling this personalized help with the various support systems set up in the backend of the site itself has made it possible for me - as inept as I am - to create a respectable, reasonably attractive website. There's lots more work for me to do to get it where it needs to be, but I am confident that once it's done, my site will exceed my expectations by quite a lot!
