This was the second time I contacted support through their Chat feature, and both times were fantastic! With so many companies using AI agents for support, I had little faith that my issue was going to get solved through chat. But I was wrong! Not only was my complicated issue solved, but the chat individual was extremely nice and courteous. And best of all, it was solved FAST!
The support and sales people are usually pretty helpful, however it should be noted that when hosting service came up for renewal, I was unpleasantly surprised by extra excess charges. Specifically, the email service previously included in my hosting package had been carved out for separate additional charge without prior notification. Honestly, the hosting cost from Bluehost is getting pretty pricy for a shared server with basic hosting elements. I’ve been a Bluehost Customer for almost 10 years for two reasons. The performance of my multiple websites has been rock solid and their customer service is excellent. I refuse to do business with a company that does not provide excellent care and service to their customers. This review is about Jeelan from Phoenix, who was outstanding on August 9, 2026. However, before getting to Jeelan, let me say something changed with the Bluehost billing department. They recently billed me $150 for a service I NEVER ORDERED! It took over 6 weeks to resolve that billing dispute. That error should have been resolved in less than 24 hours. Back to Jeelan. I was experiencing a very serious issue with one of my websites, which was MY FAULT, not the fault of Bluehost. I was so thankful that I was connected to Jeelan from Pheonix. She was extremely patient, friendly, and she immediately understood the nature of the problem. Jeelan came up with a solution for the problem in less than two minutes.
