I'm writing primarily to compliment the customer support experience at Bluehost. I won't go into the services they've provided to me other than to say I've never had any issues or complaints. But when I recent series of events required me to contact customer support several times (nothing they did wrong - just a series of events that had to be manages) each and every rep was unfailingly professional, polite and empathic. They performed as promised. And perhaps most amazingly of all, they were easy to reach in a very timely manner. So unusual these days. Thanks to all who helped me!
