The first support technician, Garron, couldn't solve my problem and wasn't helpful at all. But when Anagha started providing support, everything went smoothly because she was genuinely eager to find a solution, and she was also very kind and friendly.
I left a review for Lem after the call ended. Lem was very helpful. I wanted to leave a voice comment like I wanted to yesterday but your system cut me off and hung up on me before I finished. It only gave me about 5 seconds and then terminated the call. What I wanted to say was that when I called in, Lem thought it was my first call and he wanted to send me the welcome letter and go over all the requirements. I did all that with Lee yesterday 08/27/26. I just thought I would mention that. He ultimately found that was the case. But, it took precious time from my session.
Needed a refund on a hosting account that was set up for a developer to use to build out a site for me. He didn’t fulfil his obligation so the hosting was not needed and I thought I had already cancelled it. I have now. The auto renew should be accessible on line without going through the company to get them to turn it off is the only thing I would criticise as this whole action could have need avoided. Well done for sorting it out in one interaction. If I ever need hosting I will come back to you.
I just discovered Bluehost's new All-in-Once package in which I can have one monthly subscription and get access to the 4 main LLMs - Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok.
