Very Helpful and Informative If you need help with literally ANYTHING on your WordPress.org website, the folks behind the Support Chat are absolutely stellar. This is the first review I've written, but probably the fifth time I've used chat support, and EACH TIME I've turned to these guys, at no time have they disappointed. I recently noticed a charge for an auto-renewal from Bluehost on my credit card statement. My business had been closed since COVID, and because the closure was not a planned or “happy” ending, I simply stopped paying attention to the website and related peripheral details, including the auto-renewal. I contacted Bluehost customer support as soon as I noticed the charge. The associate explained that, because it had been more than two months since the auto-renewal, the charge was outside the refund period. I completely understand that there is a policy in place. What I really appreciated, however, was that the associate took the time to understand my situation and genuinely tried to help rather than simply dismissing my request. I appreciate that effort and the understanding shown during the conversation. I sincerely hope the financial department will consider the circumstances and make an exception by processing a refund. It would mean a lot, especially since the service was no longer being used after my business closed during COVID. Thank you to the support associate for listening and trying to help.

I called Bluehost to help with the name appearing on my website that included my phone number. I have the website in staging preparing to launch about two months from now and was receiving calls already because the phone number was included. The tech was extremely helpful, corrected the problem, and was very professional. The problem was resolved quickly and I could get on with my day. All my calls to Bluehost have been so helpful, particularly because I am a novice at building a website and need a lot of help.
