Her communication was clear, warm, and focused on the task with a clear demonstration of her first-class ability and experience. The task required time, and Lee O. gave this with exactly the very best combination of knowledge, personality, communication, understanding and effectiveness. Not only that, but it was clear that Lee O. was fundamentally dedicated to solving the problem for the customer. This is obviously a basic part of her nature, and makes her a true prize for Bluehost.
