I still believe this level of tech support should be included in the normal domain, etc. fees as part of maintaining a reputable, quality, reliably functioning app. $165 per 30 days to resolve one or two easily fixed technical problems occurring due to errors in the system itself is not the customers fault and not something he should have to pay to have corrected. Trying to explain a formatting glitch to first level, non-native English speakers giving fake American names is extremely EXTREMELY aggravating. Their barely comprehensible "assistance" bounced me between Bluehost assistance and Wordpress assistance multiple times with no resolution to my formatting glitches. AI took me down a rabbit hole that totally screwed up my domain - costing me significant down time and loss of subscribers. Once a Wordpress rep restored the backup the Post New Page format was totally messed up because all the themes had been deactivated. Once I was finally coerced by necessity into paying $165 for only 30 days support to fix two simple but sustained formatting problems, Neriza, my tech support was intelligent, articulate and proficient. She guided me in resolving my two formatting issues and showed me how to fix the problems with two key combination key strokes. Service like that should be free and immediately available once a subscriber requests being connected to a tech rep. Charging a $165 per 30 days is usurious price gouging - like the rest of corporate America.

I have been a Bluehost Pro Support customer for 2 full year subscriptions at this point, & have written a number of reviews about how happy I am with my experience with this feature. So normally, I wouldn't be taking the time when my hair's on fire to repeat what I've said here again. But... When you call Pro support, you get a specialist to help you with the tasks you want to accomplish in that session. & who you get is random, there is no dedicated specialist for your work. Today when I called I got a rep named Lee. Normally I probably wouldn't remember an individual but I did remember working with Lee once before. His name stuck with me because of his patience, insight, knowledge of his craft & quick grasp of my issues at that time stood out for me. & today was no different. Even though I was calling about my subscription renewal, which may or may not have been in his wheelhouse, he made the effort to help me find the answers I needed to keep it current & uninterrupted.
