For each search on Google, an auction takes place in Google Ads between all advertisers who bid for related keywords. Each auction determines whether your ad appears in the search results and on which position.

How much do I pay Google for my advertising?

Google Ads is based on the pay-per-click (PPC) advertising system.
It means you're only charged by Google when someone clicks your ad. In other words, when your ads are running and visible to users without getting clicks you don't pay anything.
Keep in mind that you always have full control over your maximum advertising costs which is determined by your daily budget.

What's the difference between Google AdWords and Google Ads?

On July 24th, 2018, Google AdWords has changed its brand to Google Ads - even though many users still refer to Google Ads as Google AdWords. This brand change covered the full range of Google campaign types including Search, Display, and Video. Google Ads came with a new logo and the brand change was reflected in Google's new product interface, Help Center, billing documents, URL, and much more.

While it might seem like a big shift, the general use of Google's services remained the same and the brand change had no impact on the users' advertising activities or campaign performances.

How do I get my $100 coupon offer?

  4. Once 2 and 3 are completed, the credit will typically be applied within 5 days to the Billing Summary of your account.
