The representative took the time to properly investigate several issues affecting my WordPress hosting rather than simply sending me through generic troubleshooting steps. He identified and corrected an IP/DNS issue affecting my API and loopback connection, checked my account and inode usage, and then escalated my server/MySQL upgrade request once the requirements had been met.
