After days of being passed between multiple hosting companies while my business email was failing, I finally reached Prajna at Bluehost. She was patient, professional, and actually took action to resolve the problem. She updated my nameservers and DNS records, helped reconnect my Google Workspace email and Squarespace website, and stayed with me through a complicated process.
