The agent Cherry was superb. I thought I had almost erased my whole website because I did bulk update of plugins that caused a critical error. I was so worried, but Cherry restored the site so I could see its contents as before--an immense relief to me. Cherry also let me know the Theme I was using could not be updated--it was from 2014 and its developer/creator had let go of it. She helped me consider ProDesign for a new theme and I'll be looking into that. There is nothing so scary to the lay person as seeing a website error you cannot fathom. Many kudos to Cherry--just grand help.

Likhitha was an incredible representative. They took the time to understand my initial question, answered all my follow-ups and tracked down the information I needed. However, I was surprised that I needed to reach out to a live agent to get the information I was looking for. All I needed to know was how much our products and services will cost once they auto-renew. That basic pricing information used to be available on the Bluehost website, but now it is not. It's concerning that Bluehost makes it hard for customers to know what they're going to pay and relies on their customer service agents field those questions.

Over 20 years with Bluehost – Outstanding Service! I've been a customer of Bluehost for over 20 years, going right back to when they were primarily a website hosting company, and I think that says a great deal about the confidence I've had in their service over the years. I have two websites hosted with them, and throughout all these years I've always found their service to be reliable and their customer support excellent. I'm certainly no technical expert, so when something unexpected happens with my websites, it can be rather worrying! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Prakyath from their support team after receiving a couple of concerning emails about my website backups. He was absolutely lovely – polite, patient, reassuring and very understanding of someone who isn't particularly technically minded. He took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, which I really appreciated. My only little criticism would be the AI support assistant, which I found rather frustrating when I tried to get help the previous day. It kept going around in circles without really resolving anything. Thankfully, speaking to a real person made all the difference! After more than two decades as a customer, I'm still very happy to recommend Bluehost. Good customer service means a great deal, especially when you're not particularly confident with the technical side of things.
