A shout out about a great rep
I have been a Bluehost Pro Support customer for 2 full year subscriptions at this point, & have written a number of reviews about how happy I am with my experience with this feature. So normally, I wouldn't be taking the time when my hair's on fire to repeat what I've said here again. But... When you call Pro support, you get a specialist to help you with the tasks you want to accomplish in that session. & who you get is random, there is no dedicated specialist for your work. Today when I called I got a rep named Lee. Normally I probably wouldn't remember an individual but I did remember working with Lee once before. His name stuck with me because of his patience, insight, knowledge of his craft & quick grasp of my issues at that time stood out for me. & today was no different. Even though I was calling about my subscription renewal, which may or may not have been in his wheelhouse, he made the effort to help me find the answers I needed to keep it current & uninterrupted. So I just wanted to post an acknowledgement of someone who doesn't just go through the minimum required of him to help his employer help their customers to succeed; & who really puts thought & effort into the work he does & the good image of the company he works for...

Bluehost is great to work with. The best thing is you can reach them anytime day or night in case something happens with your website and they go above and beyond to help you get it fixed. They offer a training and how to update and work on your own website for about 160 a month in one month I got so much done and the people they hook you up was fantastic.

I had a very small business for 14 years and my website was hosted by Bluehost for the entire time. I had very few problems along the way, and Bluehost was quick to address them. Customer service, when needed, was quite responsive and helpful. Bluehost offered way more services and high tech solutions than I needed, so if I was starting over again I might look for an alternative where I was not paying for capacity I did not need or want. Today's review is based on the conversation I had with a customer service representative named Kiefer whom I called for advice as I retire from my consulting practice and close my website at the end of this week. Kiefer was very helpful.
