How much bandwidth will my plan include?
Bandwidth is "Unmetered" which means you are not charged according to the amount of bandwidth you typically use in the normal operation of a personal or small business website.
However, we do require all customers to be fully compliant with our Terms of Service and to not exceed 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds.
What happens if I exceed usage?
If we have concerns about your account's bandwidth utilization, you will receive an email asking you to reduce usage.
It is rare for a customer who is managing a personal or small business website to exceed our usage policies.

The rep I worked with just a while ago was great. She was quick & knowledgeable & got my site changes done with no hassle. She was also very helpful & knowledgeable in answering my questions about how I would proceed using my pro support services for some of the bigger changes I need to make to my site. For me, Bluehost has a unique winner with their pro support site assistance service. It's worth every cent you pay. Hopefully, they will get this & not start gumming it up as companies just seem to feel they need to do by changing the model by adding complex "new feaures" to this still human based unique winner...!

After days of being passed between…
After days of being passed between multiple hosting companies while my business email was failing, I finally reached Prajna at Bluehost. She was patient, professional, and actually took action to resolve the problem. She updated my nameservers and DNS records, helped reconnect my Google Workspace email and Squarespace website, and stayed with me through a complicated process. It was an incredibly frustrating experience getting to the right person, but Prajna was terrific. Bluehost needs to make reaching knowledgeable human support much easier. Five stars for Prajna. The support system needs serious improvement.
